Ten questions a business should ask before its first campaign
1. What do I want to get out of this campaign — new customers, loyalty from the ones I already have, or awareness of something specific?
2. How many collaborations can I properly manage at once without follow-up piling up?
3. What radius makes sense for my business — my whole neighbourhood, my whole city, or something wider?
4. Do I have a clear budget I'm willing to offer per collaboration?
5. What type of content fits my business best — photos, short video, a live visit?
6. Am I willing to leave room for creative freedom, or do I need a tightly closed script?
7. Can I properly handle several people if I get more applications than expected?
8. Have I already checked whether one of my regular customers would fit better than a stranger?
9. Do I know what I'll do if a collaboration doesn't go as expected?
10. Do I have a plan for measuring whether the campaign worked, beyond a general gut feeling?
